Subscription & Billing Policy

Smart QR Review provides reputation management features divided across four core subscription tiers, designed to match your business size:

• Starter Plan (with 3-Day Trial): Tailored for single local businesses to start generating Google review routes.
• Growth Plan: Enhanced QR styling, customer feedback integrations, and basic smart reply templates.
• Pro Plan: Full AI-powered review suggestions, automated SMS notifications, and advanced analytics dashboards.
• Premium Plan: Enterprise rollout, support for multiple business locations, bulk QR exports, and priority support.

By subscribing to a paid plan on Smart QR Review, you purchase access for a specific prepaid duration:

• Billing Period: Plans are available for monthly, 6-month, or annual durations. All payments are one-time and upfront.
• No Automatic Renewals: To protect your financial security, plans do **not** auto-renew. Your card details are not saved for automatic future billing, and no auto-debit mandates are created.
• Manual Extensions: You must manually purchase a renewal before your active plan expiry date to prevent a service interruption.

The Starter Plan includes a **3-Day Free Trial** to test the platform.

• No Card Required: You do not need to link a credit card or bank account to start the trial.
• No Automatic Conversion: Since no payment credentials are collected, there is no automatic transition to a paid plan and no possibility of unexpected billing.
• Expiration: After 3 days, the trial ends automatically. Access to advanced settings will be locked, and you must manually subscribe to a paid plan if you wish to continue using premium features.

You can modify your subscription status from the dashboard at any time:

• Upgrades: When upgrading to a higher tier plan (e.g. Growth to Pro), you initiate a manual payment. The upgraded plan and its features activate immediately.
• Extensions/Renewals: You can purchase extensions or renew your current plan at any time. The new duration will be appended to your existing expiry date.

Because we do not charge cards automatically on a recurring schedule, there is no automatic retry logic or grace periods for failed recurring charges.

If a plan expires without manual renewal, the system automatically downgrades the account to the Starter plan immediately. When downgraded, premium features become restricted and live QR bridges are paused. No data (businesses, ratings, or reviews) is deleted during a downgrade.

All subscription prices listed on the site are exclusive of statutory taxes unless stated otherwise.

Depending on your business registration country (determined by your IP address, card billing country, or tax ID):

• We will calculate and add applicable regional taxes (e.g. State Sales Tax in the US, VAT in the European Union, GST in India) to your checkout total.
• Tax Exemption: If your company is tax-exempt, you can input your registered VAT, GST, or tax number during checkout to remove taxes from future recurring invoices.
