Acceptable Use Policy

The purpose of this Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is to define the guidelines and restrictions governing the use of the reputation management tools, QR code routing widgets, and AI features provided by Smart QR Review (accessible at https://smartqrreview.vetechno.net/).

This policy applies to all Merchants, staff users, and visitors who interface with our software. By utilizing our services, you agree to comply with this AUP at all times.

Smart QR Review is designed to automate and simplify review connections ethically. You agree to use the platform in compliance with federal, state, and international consumer protection laws:

• No Fake Reviews: You may not generate or post fake, fraudulent, or artificial reviews on Google or other platforms, either for your own business or on behalf of competitors.
• No Coercion or Incentives: You may not offer financial rewards, discounts, free items, or services in exchange for positive reviews, in violation of Google's Terms of Service or local advertising regulations.
• Review Gating Prohibitions: You must not selectively discourage negative reviews or gate review access by threatening consumers, refusing support, or demanding positive ratings before providing contracted services.

You must not attempt to compromise the integrity, performance, or security of our hosting infrastructure. Prohibited actions include:

• Scraping and Extraction: Using spiders, robots, or scripts to crawl or extract database records, merchant list indices, or code assets from our platform.
• API Interception: Injecting payloads or sending unauthenticated, automated requests to our API endpoints (such as generating millions of mock feedback reviews).
• Reverse Engineering: Trying to decompile, decipher, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any component of our routing code, AI suggestions, or analytics logic.
• Malicious Code: Introducing trojans, worms, logic bombs, or viruses designed to crash our databases or intercept secure network sessions.

When utilizing our private feedback forms, customized SMS notifications, and AI templates, you are prohibited from submitting or generating content that:

• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, hateful, or incites violence.
• Infringes upon any third-party patent, trademark, copyright, or privacy right.
• Contains deceptive promotional claims, spam, phishing prompts, or unauthorized advertisements.
• Harasses, abuses, or intimidates customers who left low star ratings.

Smart QR Review provides routing links that connect consumers directly to third-party review networks (primarily Google Reviews).

We reserve the right to monitor account usage logs and investigate reported violations of this AUP.

Consequences of Violations:

• Immediate suspension of your dashboard logins and review routing bridges.
• Removal of custom QR code routing states.
• Forfeiture of all subscription payments and trial configurations.
• Reporting of fraudulent review acquisition or extortion activities to regulatory authorities or Google.

If your account is suspended, you must immediately destroy all printed cards and marketing assets containing QR codes generated by our platform.
