1. Digital Delivery Model
Smart QR Review provides a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for reputation management and automated Google Review routing.
Zero Physical Shipping
We do **not** ship physical goods, printed review stands, stickers, plastic table tents, or merchandise. There are no shipping addresses to collect, no shipping fees, and no physical delivery times associated with our platform subscriptions.
2. Instant Account Activation
Access to our software and tools is provisioned electronically:
- Immediate Provisioning: The moment you complete account registration (and credit card authorization for paid plans), your merchant account is fully activated.
- Onboarding Flow: You will immediately receive a welcome email containing your login details and a guide to setting up your first QR code bridge.
- Access to Dashboard: You can log into your web dashboard at any time to generate custom QR Codes, download SVG/PNG vector files of your QR badges, and set up reply templates.
3. QR Code Graphic Assets
Our software allows you to design and download high-resolution QR code graphics.
- We supply these graphics as downloadable digital files (PNG, SVG, or PDF formats).
- You are responsible for printing these files on your own business collateral, table tents, flyers, or window decals.
- We are not responsible for printing delays, ink quality issues, or scan difficulties arising from sub-standard physical printing companies chosen by the Merchant.
4. Service Availability & Interruption
As a SaaS application, our "delivery" is measured in platform availability and uptime.
We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime rate. In the event of scheduled database maintenance or emergency server updates, we will notify you in advance via your dashboard.
