Smart QR Review provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps businesses manage customer feedback, intercept negative reviews privately, and encourage positive reviews on third-party platforms like Google.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to send spam, collect data from consumers without consent, or violate the terms of service of any third-party review platforms (such as Google).

5. Billing and Cancellation

We bill in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually depending on your plan). You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Smart QR Review, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
